Co-Founder
Entrepreneur and operator with a track record in scaling hardware-driven businesses. Andrey built and exited several companies, including successful scooter - and car-sharing ventures. He has deep experience in managing large hardware fleets, optimizing maintenance systems, and bridging the gap between software and on-ground operations. Today, Andrey is also a co-founder of JET, one of the leading scooter-sharing platforms across Central Asia and Latin America.

The Nines Project is our independent research on the economics of robot fleets. Everyone tracks what robots can do — we track what they cost and what they are worth. Operators send us a fleet list, and we send back what other operators paid for the same models, our view of what each machine is worth today, and a twelve-month outlook in scenarios.
